• What is your warranty policy? ISL Products offers a one-year warranty on all of their motors.

Ordering:

• How can I order a motor? You can order a motor online, by phone, or by email.
• What are your payment methods? ISL Products accepts payments via PayPal, including credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• What are your shipping options and costs? ISL Products offers flat rate shipping for various regions. The current shipping rates will be available at checkout after the shipping information is entered. For any further questions, please contact us at info@islproducts.com.
• Do you offer international shipping? Yes, ISL Products offers International Flat Rate Shipping. Please note that for international shipments outside of the United States, orders are shipped on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges in the destination country. For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, you will need to provide a valid Tax ID/VAT number during checkout.
• What is your return policy? ISL Products accepts returns of unused and undamaged motors within 30 days of purchase. Prior authorization (RMA) is required to process a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@islproducts.com.
